"A todos los alumnos que cursaron el Diplomado en Derecho Administrativo que finalizó el día 26 de marzo de 2011
Se hace de su conocimiento que la Ceremonia de Toma de Protesta será el día lunes 03 de octubre de 2011 a las 10:00 horas, en el Auditorio Ius Semper Loquitur, Facultad de Derecho.
Por lo anterior, a efecto de agilizar el acceso al citado evento, les solicitamos atentamente seguir las instrucciones:
1. El alumno deberá revisar la lista anexa y memorizar el número rojo que se localiza del lado izquierdo de su nombre, toda vez que dicho número indica el orden de ingreso y entrega del Diploma correspondiente.
2. Una vez realizado el registro de los alumnos, por ningún motivo se permitirá el acceso al recinto. Los alumnos que no realicen su registro en la hora señalada no podrán recibir el Diploma correspondiente en el evento.
3. Debido a la capacidad del Aula, el alumno únicamente podrá asistir acompañado de un familiar. Quedará prohibida la entrada a niños.
4. Los alumnos que no puedan asistir al evento, deberán notificarlo al correo electrónico diplomadosenlinea@derecho.unam.mx y podrán recoger su diploma a partir del día martes 04 de octubre del presente, 10:00 a 14:00 horas, en las oficinas de la Coordinación.
